2003 - July

In middle of July two Russian collectives represented our country on the 25 International festival in Poland (Lodz): ensemble of national tools "Shaturyanochka" (Shatura) and folklore ensemble "Mecherskaya Shkatilka" (Egoryevsk ). The ensembles acted in one program on concert platforms of city and in vicinities.

Except for Russia the festival accepted the visitors from Greece, Ukraine, Czechia. The participants of the festival acquainted the city dwellers with national creativity of the countries. The participants from Russia have got acquainted with a history of city Lodz, have visited a museum of cinematography.

The participants of ensembles from Russia the first time have gone away on the festival abroad and were very pleased with reception, which them was rendered by the Polish friends. We thanks the organizer of the festival Danuta Chechanska for perfect reception of our delegation.
