July 20-27 in Nowy Sacz there passed 12 International children's festival "Holiday of children of mountains". Children's ensemble "Gunesh" from Makhachkala represented our country. Children represented dances and songs of the peoples of Dagestan. The concerts also passed in cities Krynica, Sucha Bedskadzka and Rabka.

The ensemble accepted the Polish children's collective "Piontkowiaki". The Polish friends suited for our childrenes the present holiday: have shown a national museum, have organized a fire and discoteque. The childrenes have learned each other to national dances. At the end of a festival ensemble have received in a gift the symbol of the festival - large toy ram.

Children from Dagestan have taken away with themselves home many perfect impressions from this festival.
